I'm Darlene Meissner—a fearless activist and advocate with almost three decades of experience championing women's rights and driving impactful change.

My passion is empowering activists, advocates, and change-makers to sustain their energy, avoid burnout, and maximize their impact.

I've been in the trenches, faced the burnout, and now dedicate my life to helping others navigate activism with strength, resilience, and joy.

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Gender Studies and Indigenous Studies, a Bachelor of Social Work, and a Master of Social Work based in Indigenous Knowledges. With several trainings and certifications over the years.
